Location: Shanghai

 

Responsibilities:

• Planning & Time Management: Plans and prioritises.Ensures planning incorporates the need of All stakeholders. Adopts the agile way of working and learning quickly from failures.Can manage multiple competing demands
• Communicating & Influencing: Expressive ideas clealy and shapes communication to ensure these are managed well. Can find middle ground in negotiations, Establishes relationships with key suppliers,Assists in providing ground support to team members
• Analysis & Problem Solving: Evaluates information/problems,Proposes sustainable solutions in a various situations,Keeps a positive outlook in pressure/problem situations
• Business & Commercial Acumen: Understand how self performance contributes to overall goal,maintains upto date internal and external business knowledge
• Innovation：Role models work practices,Thinks creatively, generates new ideas to get delivery of work/projects

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant merchandising experience, ideally gained within a trading company or buying office
• Product knowledge/New Market Knowledge
• Ability to interpret business strategy to drive results
• Capable of Cost Analysis,cost breakdowns, Awareness of different market costs
• Stakeholder Management/ Sound knowledge of merchandising systems and procedures
