So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.</span></p></div><p>As a Merchant Finance Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting day-to-day financial processes related to our merchant partners. This role combines analytical work, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, offering a great opportunity to grow within the finance field.</p> <h2>What you’ll be doing</h2> <p>In this role, you will support core financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes while assisting with resolving day-to-day finance-related queries. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to improving financial workflows.</p> <h3><strong>Day-to-day in this role you’ll:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Act as a first point of contact for finance-related inquiries from internal teams</li> <li>Support the review and validation of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance</li> <li>Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies at scale</li> <li>Support tax-related processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations</li> <li>Help ensure timely and accurate processing of financial records and documentation</li> <li>Contribute to process improvements to streamline financial workflows</li> <li>Participate in cross-functional projects under the guidance of the team manager&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2>Our humble expectations</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>1-3 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field</strong></li> <li>Basic understanding of financial bodies, regulations, and standards</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Familiarity with Israeli tax regulations is an advantage.</strong></li> <li>Experience working with Excel and data analysis tools</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work as part of a team</li> <li>Experience with financial tools and documentation platforms is a plus</li> <li>Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities</li> </ul> <h2>What we offer</h2> <p>At Wolt, you’ll join a fast-paced and innovative environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact and grow your career.
