<p>As a <strong>Merchant Success Manager</strong>, you will define and drive merchant growth strategy across Bolt Food’s Grocery and Retail business. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial Strategy, Merchant Success and Business Performance. </p>

<p>You will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear strategies, scalable playbooks and execution frameworks, enabling local teams to improve merchant performance across pricing, promotions, visibility and trade events. </p>

<li><point>Own the Merchant CVP, evolving our growth strategy across diverse segments and defining the frameworks that drive conversion and partner participation.</point></li>
<li><point>Take the wheel on KPI setting and performance management; you’ll analyze market trends to set ambitious targets and lead the "interventions" that turn gaps into wins..</point></li>
<li><point>Designing the commercial playbooks that define our pricing architecture, trade events, and in-app merchandising standards.</point></li>
<li><point>Lead on Joint Business Planning, conducting high-stakes quarterly reviews with our top-tier merchants to unlock new growth opportunities and mitigate risks.</point></li>
<li><point>Own the merchant marketing calendar guidelines, ensuring every promotional activity across every market is perfectly timed and strategically aligned.</point></li>
<li><point>Manage training, local team enablement and cross-functional team alignment - working closely with marketing, commercial, product and operations.<point></li>

<li><point>You bring a background in Strategy, Ops, or Consulting, with a proven track record of navigating complex marketplace dynamics and growth initiatives.</point></li>
<li><point>You have a strong commercial mindset, with experience in pricing, promotions or growth strategy. With this in mind, you are hyper data-focused, and you don’t just move numbers in Google Sheets or Excel; you translate complex data sets into clear, compelling strategic recommendations.</point></li>
<li><point>You have a passion for building "the engine," with experience creating playbooks and frameworks that allow multi-market teams to scale rapidly and consistently.</point></li>
<li><point>You thrive in cross-functional environments, effortlessly influencing stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Ops to ensure strategy and execution are always in sync</point></li>
<li><point>Fast-paced environments fuel you. You’re a structured thinker who can take a messy, high-pressure problem and break it down into an elegant, actionable solution.</point></li>
<li><point>You are in the trenches of KPI implementation and performance frameworks, knowing exactly how to align individual metrics with big-picture business goals<strong>.</strong></point></li>
