Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Meta Ads Media Buyer to join a fast-growing digital marketing team. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented media buyer with strong experience in Meta Ads Manager, conversion-focused campaigns, audience targeting, and creative testing. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor daily ad performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot account issues, tracking discrepancies, and campaign performance fluctuations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROAS improvements.
- Experience running lead generation, eCommerce, or conversion-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion attribution.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience working with international clients or agencies is preferred.
