About the role
The Impact you’ll make
- Translate high-level direction into a channel strategy, action plan, and testing roadmap.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and intent/keyword exploration relevant to Meta targeting.
- Define funnel architecture (prospecting, retargeting, retention) and measurement plans.
- Build Meta campaigns from scratch, including structure, pixel/CAPI setup, and conversion events.
- Configure targeting, placements, and bidding strategies aligned with objectives.
- Launch, QA, and iterate quickly based on performance signals.
- Develop briefs and build/test ad creatives and copy in Meta Creative Hub.
- Run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats, offers, and audiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to refresh creative based on insights.
- Monitor performance daily in Meta Ads Manager and GA4; identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives to hit ROAS/CPA targets and improve lead quality.
- Prepare clear, data-driven reports and present results in plain language with actionable recommendations.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and maintain spend limits.
- Communicate proactively on pacing, learnings, risks, and next steps.
- Present insights to non-technical stakeholders and align on priorities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns from scratch with a proven track record improving ROAS, reducing CPA, or increasing lead quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager (Pixel/CAPI), audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copy within a structured experimentation framework.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills using GA4 and Excel/Sheets; able to explain results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven budget management and pacing discipline across multiple campaigns and funnels.
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Technical: Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager (Pixel/CAPI), Audience Insights, Creative Hub, GA4; campaign structuring; experimentation; attribution and funnel analysis; data storytelling.
- Soft skills: Owner’s mindset, autonomy, proactive communication, crisp reporting, stakeholder alignment, and bias for action.
- Bonus: Experience with retail/ecommerce and showroom or lead-gen objectives; familiarity with French/English markets is a plus.
- You thrive with high-level direction and minimal supervision, and you enjoy owning strategy through execution.
- You’re outcome-focused, experiment-driven, and comfortable making decisions from imperfect data.
- You communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and can turn insights into next steps.
- You care about craftsmanship in creative, disciplined budget management, and continuous improvement.

- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (40 hrs/week)
- $6 per hour
