What You'll Architect

This role focuses on translating data into decision-ready intelligence. You design the semantic and visual layers that make data usable, trusted, and actionable across organisations.

• Design and deliver scalable BI solutions using Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Azure, Fabric)

• Build semantic data models that support dynamic, reliable, and scalable reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports aligned with business needs and decision processes

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure strong integration between data pipelines and reporting layers

• Contribute to end-to-end data platform design, including data warehousing and integration

• Support migrations and modernisation of BI environments to cloud-based architectures

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within reporting solutions

• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions

• Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best practices in BI and analytics

• Participate in cross-industry projects, connecting data, reporting, and performance management

• You collaborate effectively with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders

• You contribute to raising standards in data visualisation and information design

What You Bring

Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics consulting

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, Azure, Fabric, etc.)

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboards)

• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and lifecycle

• Experience with Azure-based data platforms

• Ability to design scalable semantic layers and reporting architectures

• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes

• Understanding of data governance, quality, and consistency principles

Nice-to-haves

• Basic understanding of AI/advanced analytics is a plus
