Dojo, a rapidly growing fintech company, is looking for a talented Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you'll drive revenue growth and contribute significantly to the success of our direct sales business. If you thrive in a customer-centric and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Do...</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strategic Sales</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Execute a strategic sales plan in alignment with Dojo's overarching objectives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive the closure of successful opportunities in the UK mid-market by proactively identifying and pursuing sales leads. This requires developing and executing effective strategies in collaboration with various internal departments.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Focus specifically on opportunities with between £1million to £20million in card turnover.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, which will involve periodic on-site visits and work at client locations.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Relationship Building and Collaboration</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations to promote Dojo's solutions and secure profitable agreements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Grow Dojo's mid-market sales network through effective collaboration with marketing and other cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide support to the account management department concerning contract renewals on a periodic basis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with Dojo’s Partnership channel to nurture and grow our relationship with them to encourage future lead generation</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and manage new affiliate partnerships, establishing these as personal, dedicated lead sources.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Market Insight and Process Optimisation</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to the continuous optimisation of sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Reporting and Performance Analysis</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Keep Salesforce records up-to-date by consistently logging client conversations and activities, and accurately maintaining opportunity details such as the close date and sales stage.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Bring...</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience selling card payment solutions in the UK market.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong sales and negotiation expertise within the mid-market segment, specifically in verticals such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and leisure &amp; entertainment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and relationship management skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in strategic account planning and execution.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced sales environment.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Dojo home and away</strong></span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person.
