Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.</div>Role: Mid QA Manager  Location: Hybrid (Bogotá)  Language: Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business About the role: This is an opportunity to join to nearshore production hub in Bogotá as QA Manager — owning the quality assurance function for a high-volume, AI-augmented creative production studio embedded with a leading healthcare education institution.  Based in Bogotá you'll be responsible for ensuring every piece of content that leaves the studio is accurate, brand-compliant, technically correct, and free of error before it reaches the client. In a studio producing at the velocity delivers our client quality assurance is not a final checkpoint — it is a designed-in system. You will build and own that system.  We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.  THE ROLE  The QA Manager leads the studio's quality assurance function, managing a QA team, and establishing the standards, processes, and checklists that protect the integrity of every asset delivered.
