<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p>We're currently on the lookout for <strong>our next Technical Recruiter IT Software (20614)</strong> for our <strong>Peru and Latam Headquarter </strong>and we're looking for people with a decent conversational level of English who have experience hunting in the IT market as well as that passion that distinguishes the simple recruiters from the <strong>Hunters. </strong></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">*** This is a Mid Technical Recruiter position, not senior or lead. The process will be managed via email.</span></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<div>Recruitment and selection of IT Software profiles for clients in Peru and the United States.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Full end-to-end recruitment process for local accounts/clients (from Kick-Off, technical interviews, cultural-fit evaluations, to offer management and hiring).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Management, communication, and negotiation with mid‑ to senior‑level IT Software professionals, including Developers, AI specialists, Data roles, QA, PMs, and Cybersecurity profiles, among others.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Support in Personal Branding and Employer Branding initiatives.</div>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<div>2+ years of experience in recruitment and selection <strong>(hunting and sourcing) within IT Software B2B companies</strong>.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Over 2 years of experience recruiting <strong>IT Software profiles across LATAM</strong> (Developers, QA, Data, BI, BA, UI/UX, DevOps).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Strong experience managing the full<strong> End‑to‑End Recruiting cycle.</strong></div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience sourcing<strong> bilingual candidates</strong> and recruiting for <strong>U.S.-based accounts.</strong></div>
</li>
<li>Experience sourcing <strong>candidates </strong>and recruiting for<strong> PE based accounts.</strong></li>
<li>
<div><strong>English level: B2</strong> (comfortable interacting with international clients).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Skilled in Boolean search techniques across social and professional networks.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience working as a Headhunter for mid‑ and senior‑level IT profiles.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.</div>
</li>
