Middle Software Developer (C++)

You will be working on developing and optimizing trading systems, algorithms, and connections to cryptocurrency exchanges. If you have worked with systems where every microsecond counts and everything needs to run fast and smoothly, you might be a good candidate for this role.&nbsp;</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and maintain connections to cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers, troubleshoot market data issues.</li> <li>Develop new features.</li> <li>Work together with different teams to ensure the correct behaviour of algorithms and improve trading systems.</li> <li>Helping with fixing small bugs.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills &amp; Experience</h3> <ul type="disc"> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.</li> <li>Extensive experience in C++</li> <li>Experience working with high load applications.&nbsp;</li> <li>Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.</li> <li>Good understanding of networking concepts.</li> <li>Knowledge in financial markets and low latency/high-frequency systems and/or distributed systems.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus points</strong>:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Python, Kafka.</li> <li>Experience with networking protocols REST/Websockets/FIX.</li> <li>Experience with AWS, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.</li> </ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <ul> <li>Flexible working hours and a healthy work-life balance.</li> <li>Remote-first team.</li> <li>Ability to work in a thriving, multicultural, and fun environment in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.</li> <li>Corporate workations: we regularly go on corporate trips to cool places all over the world to get to know each other better, work, and explore the local culture (covid pandemics allowing).&nbsp;</li> </ul>
