By leveraging advanced data analytics and a customer-centric digital infrastructure, the organization delivers transparent and accessible financial solutions to millions of users across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.&nbsp;</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Administer and support the GitHub Enterprise environment</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve GitHub-related issues, including repository configuration, permissions, and access management</li> <li>Develop automations using GitHub Actions and the GitHub API</li> <li>Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Implement deployment automation and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives</li> <li>Help define and enforce repository governance standards and best practices</li> <li>Improve Developer Experience by creating automations, documentation, and self-service solutions</li> <li>Contribute to platform security, access controls, and compliance initiatives</li> <li>Integrate CI/CD pipelines with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP</li> <li>Participate in the team's on-call rotation when required</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Experience working with GitHub Enterprise</li> <li>Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions</li> <li>Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Git version control</li> <li>Knowledge of branching strategies such as Git Flow, Trunk-Based Development, or similar</li> <li>Experience with deployment automation</li> <li>Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar</li> <li>Understanding of CI/CD pipeline security and DevSecOps best practices</li> <li>Experience integrating pipelines with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP</li> <li>Knowledge of repository governance, access control, and permission management</li> <li>Experience using the GitHub API&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Effective communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams</li> <li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability</li> <li>Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and Developer Experience&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with GitHub Advanced Security</li> <li>Experience with GitHub Copilot</li> <li>Background in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience (DevEx)</li> <li>Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)</li> <li>Experience supporting audit, compliance, or SOX-related initiatives</li> <li>Scripting experience with Python, Go, or Shell</li> <li>Experience supporting large-scale developer platforms.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate</p> <p>Location: São Paulo preferred | Remote within Brazil</p> <p>Work Type: Remote (Hybrid expected in 2027)&nbsp;</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
