Provides meal monitoring and meal support. Offers milieu support, de-escalation and behavior coaching to patients in Inpatient/Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs. The MC may be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws. </p>

<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Provides meal monitoring and support </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Documentation of groups, meals and patient check-ins and observations </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Provides support to Milieu including the following: </span></li>

<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Bathroom monitoring </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Monitoring outside breaks </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Conducts self-harm and suicide assessment </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Support morning routine in IP/Res programs </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Collect weights, vitals and urine in some settings</span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12.0pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;"> </span></li>

Will lead more advanced groups (MC II) </span></li>

<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health or related field (Required) </span></li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (Required-waived with relevant master's degree) </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Graduate degree in mental health or related degree program (Preferred) </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (Preferred) </span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">1+ year facilitating groups (Preferred) </span></li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;">be at least eighteen (18) years of age and work directly under the supervision of a teammate over twenty-one (21) years of age </span></li>
