We’re looking for an experienced HVAC installer (independent contractor) for mini split installations only.
What we offer:
- 2 clients per day
- Installation only — no diagnostics, no sales
- Equipment is already on site
- All paperwork is completed
- Steady work
Your responsibility:
- Complete the mini split installation
- Take before & after photos with geo-location
- That’s it — no extra steps
Compensation:
- fixed price per client
- Additional materials are paid separately if needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience with mini split installations
- Own vehicle (must be able to travel to customers)
- Independent contractor
- Reliable and professional
