About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS / Data Analysis Coordinator to join our team. As a renowned Talent Acquisition Consultancy, we focus on delivering excellent staffing solutions across multiple industries. The MIS / Data Analysis Coordinator will be responsible for managing Management Information Systems (MIS), conducting data analysis, and generating insightful reports to support strategic business decisions.

This role involves collecting, processing, and validating data, developing automated reports, and working closely with various departments to provide data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in data management tools, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate reports to track progress and inform decision-making
  • Develop and implement plans to support organizational objectives
  • Monitor and track budgets to ensure financial accountability and transparency
  • Coordinate and facilitate YP training sessions, plan and execute events, and provide administrative support to the VP's office
  • Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Perform data analysis tasks to optimize processes and inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Provide training and support to teams on MIS and data analysis tools.
  • Assist in improving data collection procedures and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Business Analytics or MIS.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Business Analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality standards.
  • Experience with database management and reporting tools.
