Provides lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e., AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.). Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products. consolidate and summarize student feedback</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Conduct internal AARs to discuss student/instructor feedback, lessons learned, and curriculum deficiencies</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Participate in in-house training, Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) to TDY locations, and virtual course offerings</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Maintain a database of all training dates and curriculum for reference and accountability</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Maintain training records and AARs and conduct a yearly roll-up of units attended, number and names of personnel trained, locations, recurring feedback, and suggestions for improvement</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Obtain an Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) account to manage course information, offerings, and attendance rosters</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Maintain course attendance rosters containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for use with ATRRS</li> </ul> <h3 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">Required Qualifications</h3> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at U.S. locations in multiple geographic locations</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph</li> </ul> <h3 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>North Point Technology is <strong>THE BEST </strong>place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country’s most crucial missions!&nbsp;
