About the role
- Second-shift: 12:30pm - 10pm five days a week
- Overtime; time and a half at 40 hours
- Take home truck
- Tools, phone, ipad provided
- Merit-based pay increases at annual reviews

- Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
- Wear personal protective equipment
- Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
- Carry and set up equipment
- Demolish damaged parts of the house
- Clean the house when finished
- Other duties may be assigned
- Strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching
- Humility evident in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost
- Able to provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$22 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
