This role will be responsible for helping shape our UK regulatory strategy, establishing the compliance and financial crime framework required for authorisation, and serving as the go-to compliance lead as the business scales.</div> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusCAQ4YY17i8qfvNffX6tNfg">This is a hands on role requiring someone who understands both regulatory expectations and practical implementation, with the credibility to engage regulators and challenge business stakeholders.
