Job Purpose
Responsible for expanding the company’s open market distribution network by identifying, onboarding, and managing new dealers, including those acting as agents for device finance partners and also involved in cash sales.
Responsibilities
• Manage both distribution channels within the assigned zone.
• Identify and build relationships with wholesalers, open market retailers, and distributors operating within the region.
• Identify and onboard new dealers operating device finance channels and also cash sales into the company’s distribution network.
• Regularly collect orders from existing dealers and ensure timely processing.
• Follow up with dealers to ensure on-time payment collection and prevent overdue accounts.
• Take full responsibility for sales performance and dealer management within the assigned zone.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mobile phone industry (sales or distribution).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in dealer management and sales growth.
Location: Dar es salaam, Dodoma, Arusha, Shinyanga, Mwanza, Tabora, Mbeya, Mtwara
