We’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Apprentice Mobile Smart Repair & Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join a growing automotive repair business and begin building a long-term career in one of the industry’s most valuable specialist trades.

You’ll work closely alongside experienced technicians while gaining practical, real-world experience across cosmetic vehicle repairs, alloy wheel restoration, spray painting, polishing, and mobile repair operations. The role is designed for someone who genuinely enjoys working with vehicles, is eager to learn technical skills, and wants to develop into a highly capable specialist technician over time. This role combines hands-on repair work, technical training, and mobile operations support. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of cosmetic repair techniques while developing the precision, attention to detail, and professionalism required to succeed in the automotive repair industry.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for the automotive industry and interest in vehicle repair work

• Strong willingness to learn hands-on technical skills and complete an apprenticeship

• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated with a strong work ethic

• Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

• Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and practical repair processes

• Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced technicians

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with customers onsite

• Current driver’s licence preferred

• Interest in Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and cosmetic vehicle restoration highly desirable
