In this position, you’ll provide meaningful support to our customer’s missions and operations. You’ll work alongside a team of highly skilled operators who are dedicated to using innovative processes, tools, and techniques to get things done.&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the development and implementation of cyber-physical and virtual simulation environments, including test ranges and emulated networks&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design and execute modeling frameworks to replicate real-world systems, threats, and operational scenarios&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Integrate live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) simulation capabilities to support training, testing, and mission rehearsal&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with cyber operators, engineers, and analysts to ensure simulations accurately reflect threat behaviors and mission requirements&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee the validation and verification (V&amp;V) of models and simulation outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support data collection, analysis, and visualization from simulation activities to inform decision-making&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure compliance with DoD/IC modeling and simulation standards, cybersecurity requirements, and system accreditation processes&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">10+ years of experience in modeling and simulation, cyber range development, or systems engineering&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated experience with simulation tools and frameworks (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, STK, ns-3, OMNeT++, or similar)&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience supporting cyber operations, test and evaluation (T&amp;E), or training environments&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of network architectures, operating systems, and cyber threat behaviors&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain)&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with cyber range platforms and adversary emulation tools&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with MITRE ATT&amp;CK, cyber kill chain analysis, and threat modeling&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of cloud-based simulation environments and containerized architectures&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with DevSecOps pipelines supporting simulation and testing environments&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Key Competencies</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Systems thinking and complex problem-solving&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to translate mission needs into technical simulation environments&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and operational stakeholders&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leadership experience managing M&amp;S teams or large-scale simulation efforts</span></li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">$200,000 USD</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
