The successful candidate will work closely with experienced team leaders and supervisors to develop the technical and managerial skills required for future leadership positions within the organization.</p> <p>The estimated salary range is $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Production &amp; Laboratory Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in daily molecular biology production activities, including gene synthesis and related laboratory processes.</li> <li>Learn and follow laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.</li> <li>Support production goals to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved.</li> <li>Assist with routine troubleshooting and process optimization activities.</li> <li>Gain hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, automation platforms, and production workflows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Support &amp;
