And while that’s hard to capture in text – come visit us and see for yourself.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>You will be:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>maintaining and improving monitoring configurations across Datadog, Splunk, and AppDynamics,</li> <li>building and tuning alerting rules to reduce noise and improve signal quality,</li> <li>creating and maintaining SLO-based dashboards and service health reporting,</li> <li>implementing log aggregation, metric collection, and distributed tracing pipelines,</li> <li>supporting deployment and tuning of AI-powered correlation and anomaly detection agents,</li> <li>collaborating with SRE Engineering teams on observability maturity progression initiatives,</li> <li>automating monitoring onboarding for new applications,</li> <li>providing CET-timezone monitoring engineering coverage as part of the European delivery model,</li> <li>participating in capacity planning and performance trending analysis,</li> <li>documenting monitoring standards and contributing to the internal knowledge base.</li> </ul> <h2 data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>Your profile:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in monitoring, observability, or AIOps engineering,</li> <li>practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,&nbsp;</li> <li>hands-on experience with Datadog, Splunk, or similar observability platforms,</li> <li>experience working with metrics, logs, and tracing pipelines using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry,</li> <li>understanding of SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks,</li> <li>proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation,</li> <li>experience with cloud-native monitoring in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments,</li> <li>knowledge of alert correlation and noise reduction techniques,</li> <li>good English communication skill (at least B2 level).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.</strong></p> <h2><strong>Nice to have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"> interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g., agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI- augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches,</span></li> <li>experience with AIOps platforms or ML-based anomaly detection,</li> <li>familiarity with monitoring-as-code approaches using Terraform or Ansible,</li> <li>knowledge of distributed tracing tools such as Jaeger, Zipkin, or OpenTelemetry,</li> <li>experience in large-scale, multi-cloud environments.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Recruitment Process:</strong></h2> <p><strong>CV</strong> review –<strong> HR</strong> call – <strong>Technical Interview</strong> – <strong>Client </strong>Interview – <strong>Decision</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
