<h2 data-section-id="1a9n6ci" data-start="3128" data-end="3155">Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul data-start="3157" data-end="3623"> <li data-section-id="1mxn458" data-start="3157" data-end="3218">Experience teaching in an early childhood education setting</li> <li data-section-id="crcins" data-start="3219" data-end="3389">Experience as a School Director, Program Director, Admissions Director, Administrative Director, or similar leadership role in a preschool or early learning environment</li> <li data-section-id="2nkts" data-start="3390" data-end="3461">Familiarity with Montessori education and/or Montessori certification</li> <li data-section-id="13rpf39" data-start="3462" data-end="3512">Step 9 or higher in the Oregon Registry<br data-start="3503" data-end="3506"><strong data-start="3506" data-end="3512">OR</strong></li> <li data-section-id="cl53l4" data-start="3513" data-end="3623">At least one year of experience managing or supervising
