Responsibilities – Mood Manager Wellbeing and Engagement Duties
- Oversee and nurture the emotional climate, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all team members.
- Design, organise, and facilitate regular initiatives focused on mental health, positivity, and team connection.
- Act as a point of contact and trusted confidant, supporting colleagues through challenges and celebrating successes.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement wellbeing strategies that align with company values and drive team performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the workplace mood and proactively resolve emerging issues.
- Measure and report on engagement metrics, wellbeing programme effectiveness, and team satisfaction.
Key Skills for Mood Manager Success
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy for understanding and championing workplace wellbeing.
- Creative approach to problem solving and designing engaging activities for diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive relationships at all levels.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and energise others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Qualifications for the Mood Manager Role
- Experience in a people-focused or wellbeing-related role is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to organise events, lead initiatives, or contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Understanding of inclusion, diversity, and workplace mental health principles.
