Responsibilities – Mood Manager Wellbeing and Engagement Duties

• Oversee and nurture the emotional climate, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all team members.
• Design, organise, and facilitate regular initiatives focused on mental health, positivity, and team connection.
• Act as a point of contact and trusted confidant, supporting colleagues through challenges and celebrating successes.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement wellbeing strategies that align with company values and drive team performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the workplace mood and proactively resolve emerging issues.
• Measure and report on engagement metrics, wellbeing programme effectiveness, and team satisfaction.
