Responsibilities:
Mortgage Application Processing
- Support mortgage enquiry and application assessment
- Accurately input and update mortgage application data within the system.
- Assess mortgage loan application by conducting KYC, internal checking, credit rules fulfillment, document verification before credit approval
- Ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory requirement
- Liaise between the Credit team and Sales to clarify queries and resolve issues during the credit review process, ensuring timely case completion.
- Provide servicing, administrative & reporting support to the team
- Conduct UAT to support product / system initiatives and enhancement
- Assist in the processing and monitoring of staff mortgage applications.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain proper records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Generate daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports for internal monitoring and management review.
General Support
- Support other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within consumer products or mortgage loans.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as general insurance, along with adherence to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, including potential referral agents or brokers.
- A strong passion for sales, coupled with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all levels.
- An independent worker with a team-oriented mindset, capable of effectively collaborating across both front-line and internal departments.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships and networking within the industry.
