<p>MoneySmart Group is South East Asia's leading personal financial portal helping consumers compare loans, insurance, and credit cards. MoneySmart was founded in 2009 with the simple aim to help consumers make better financial decisions.</p>
<p><strong>Mission</strong></p>
<p>MoneySmart generates home loan leads from customers looking to connect with a Mortgage Specialist. You will engage leads, understand their mortgage needs, and guide them through the application process, while driving revenue and ensuring compliance. This role offers :</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>A full work-from-home arrangement for Malaysia based position / hybrid working model for our Singapore based position </strong></li>
<li><strong>Base salary plus performance-based commissions with high earning potential </strong></li>
<li><strong>All leads provided by the company and no requirement for face-to-face customer interactions</strong></li>
<li>Comprehensive training will be provided on Singapore property purchases, refinancing processes, and mortgage products</li>
<li>Flexibility to be available outside standard working hours may be required to accommodate customers’ schedules</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Promptly engage assigned leads and understand their mortgage requirements (new purchase, refinancing, or cash-out)</li>
<li>Compare mortgage options and recommend the most suitable solutions</li>
<li>Advise customers on the overall property purchase and financing process</li>
<li>Support customers through the application journey until approval and loan completion</li>
<li>Review loans nearing the end of their lock-in period and advise on refinancing opportunities</li>
<li>Achieve monthly mortgage revenue targets and identify opportunities to maximise lead potential</li>
<li>Liaise with bankers on rates and promotions as needed</li>
<li>Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Minimum 5 years </strong>of relevant experience in mortgage sales</li>
<li>Clear, confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong product knowledge of home loans and the broader mortgage industry</li>
<li>Highly sales-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused, with the resilience and persistence to navigate setbacks and objections</li>
<li>Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment</li>
<li>Strong computer literacy, with hands-on experience using CRM systems and highly meticulous in administrative work, including accurate application checks and timely</li>
<li>Highly responsive and customer-centric, delivering prompt follow-ups, sound advice, and an excellent overall customer experience</li>
<li>Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and committed to achieving monthly sales targets</li>
