MoneySmart was founded in 2009 with the simple aim to help consumers make better financial decisions.</p> <p><strong>Mission</strong></p> <p>MoneySmart generates home loan leads from customers looking to connect with a Mortgage Specialist. You will engage leads, understand their mortgage needs, and guide them through the application process, while driving revenue and ensuring compliance. This role offers :</p> <ul> <li><strong>A full work-from-home arrangement for Malaysia based position / hybrid working model for our Singapore based position&nbsp;</strong></li> <li><strong>Base&nbsp;salary&nbsp;plus&nbsp;performance-based&nbsp;commissions&nbsp;with&nbsp;high&nbsp;earning&nbsp;potential&nbsp;</strong></li> <li><strong>All&nbsp;leads&nbsp;provided&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;company&nbsp;and&nbsp;no&nbsp;requirement&nbsp;for&nbsp;face-to-face&nbsp;customer&nbsp;interactions</strong></li> <li>Comprehensive&nbsp;training&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;provided&nbsp;on&nbsp;Singapore&nbsp;property&nbsp;purchases,&nbsp;refinancing&nbsp;processes,&nbsp;and&nbsp;mortgage&nbsp;products</li> <li>Flexibility&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;available&nbsp;outside&nbsp;standard&nbsp;working&nbsp;hours&nbsp;may&nbsp;be&nbsp;required&nbsp;to&nbsp;accommodate&nbsp;customers’&nbsp;schedules</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Promptly&nbsp;engage&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;leads&nbsp;and&nbsp;understand&nbsp;their&nbsp;mortgage&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;(new&nbsp;purchase,&nbsp;refinancing,&nbsp;or&nbsp;cash-out)</li> <li>Compare&nbsp;mortgage&nbsp;options&nbsp;and&nbsp;recommend&nbsp;the&nbsp;most&nbsp;suitable&nbsp;solutions</li> <li>Advise&nbsp;customers&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;overall&nbsp;property&nbsp;purchase&nbsp;and&nbsp;financing&nbsp;process</li> <li>Support&nbsp;customers&nbsp;through&nbsp;the&nbsp;application&nbsp;journey&nbsp;until&nbsp;approval&nbsp;and&nbsp;loan&nbsp;completion</li> <li>Review&nbsp;loans&nbsp;nearing&nbsp;the&nbsp;end&nbsp;of&nbsp;their&nbsp;lock-in&nbsp;period&nbsp;and&nbsp;advise&nbsp;on&nbsp;refinancing&nbsp;opportunities</li> <li>Achieve&nbsp;monthly&nbsp;mortgage&nbsp;revenue&nbsp;targets&nbsp;and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;to&nbsp;maximise&nbsp;lead&nbsp;potential</li> <li>Liaise&nbsp;with&nbsp;bankers&nbsp;on&nbsp;rates&nbsp;and&nbsp;promotions&nbsp;as&nbsp;needed</li> <li>Ensure&nbsp;strict&nbsp;adherence&nbsp;to&nbsp;compliance,&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;requirements,&nbsp;and&nbsp;internal&nbsp;policies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Minimum&nbsp;5&nbsp;years&nbsp;</strong>of&nbsp;relevant&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;mortgage&nbsp;sales</li> <li>Clear,&nbsp;confident&nbsp;communicator&nbsp;with&nbsp;strong&nbsp;verbal&nbsp;and&nbsp;written&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;product&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;home&nbsp;loans&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;broader&nbsp;mortgage&nbsp;industry</li> <li>Highly&nbsp;sales-driven,&nbsp;goal-oriented,&nbsp;and&nbsp;results-focused,&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;resilience&nbsp;and&nbsp;persistence&nbsp;to&nbsp;navigate&nbsp;setbacks&nbsp;and&nbsp;objections</li> <li>Proven&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;consistently&nbsp;achieve&nbsp;or&nbsp;exceed&nbsp;monthly&nbsp;sales&nbsp;targets&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced,&nbsp;performance-driven&nbsp;environment</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;computer&nbsp;literacy,&nbsp;with&nbsp;hands-on&nbsp;experience&nbsp;using&nbsp;CRM&nbsp;systems&nbsp;and&nbsp;highly&nbsp;meticulous&nbsp;in&nbsp;administrative&nbsp;work,&nbsp;including&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;application&nbsp;checks&nbsp;and&nbsp;timely</li> <li>Highly&nbsp;responsive&nbsp;and&nbsp;customer-centric,&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;prompt&nbsp;follow-ups,&nbsp;sound&nbsp;advice,&nbsp;and&nbsp;an&nbsp;excellent&nbsp;overall&nbsp;customer&nbsp;experience</li> <li>Self-motivated,&nbsp;disciplined,&nbsp;accountable,&nbsp;and&nbsp;committed&nbsp;to&nbsp;achieving&nbsp;monthly&nbsp;sales&nbsp;targets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Moneysmart&nbsp;culture&nbsp;values&nbsp;and&nbsp;tenets</strong></p> <p>The traits we admire are core intrinsic qualities we look for in someone we want on our team, and we look for people who are Hungry, Humble and Smart.
