You'll execute motion graphics from style frames through final delivery, adapting quickly as creative evolves.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and animate motion graphics for theatrical and streaming trailers in After Effects and Cinema 4D</li> <li>Execute style frames and animations based on creative direction and campaign language</li> <li>Adapt graphics across multiple editorial versions as cuts evolve</li> <li>Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately under tight deadlines</li> <li>Maintain clean, organized project files for collaboration and finishing teams</li> <li>Stay current with motion design tools, techniques, and trends</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5+ years of motion design experience; some theatrical or AV marketing background a plus</li> <li>Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D</li> <li>Solid understanding of motion graphics workflows, versioning, and finishing basics</li> <li>Strong eye for timing, composition, typography, and motion clarity</li> <li>Organized across multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities</li> <li>Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and eager to grow creatively and technically</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience developing style frames and translating concepts into animation</li> <li>Familiarity with finishing workflows and delivery standards</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$100,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$125,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><em>Disclosures:</em></strong></span></p> <p><em>In order to adjust to changes in our business, it may become necessary to add, remove or modify certain duties and responsibilities, or to reassign you to another job position.
