You'll drive creative execution from concept through final delivery while staying composed and solutions-focused in a fast-moving production environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and animate motion graphics in After Effects and Cinema 4D (including Redshift workflows)</li> <li>Own complex shots - VFX, roto, tracking, 3D - from concept through delivery</li> <li>Maintain consistency across evolving editorial cuts and campaign versions</li> <li>Partner with CDs and producers on timelines, creative intent, and delivery</li> <li>Anticipate creative and technical challenges; offer solutions proactively</li> <li>Mentor junior artists and help elevate team output</li> <li>Stay ahead of motion design trends, tools, and emerging techniques</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>6–10+ years of motion design experience in theatrical / AV marketing</li> <li>Expert After Effects and Cinema 4D (Redshift); strong compositing and finishing</li> <li>Advanced motion tracking and CG-into-live-action integration</li> <li>Strong instinct for timing, rhythm, composition, and emotional tone</li> <li>Skilled in style frame development and concept visualization</li> <li>Highly organized &amp; clear communicator; able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, calm in the chaos</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$120,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$135,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><em>Disclosures:</em></strong></span></p> <p><em>In order to adjust to changes in our business, it may become necessary to add, remove or modify certain duties and responsibilities, or to reassign you to another job position.
