We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Purpose:<br></strong>The role focuses on delivering impactful advertising campaigns that drive in-app traffic, user acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth across key verticals, including restaurants, food, groceries, and retailers.</p> <p><strong>The position reports to the Head of Paid Media of Mr D.</strong></p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic advertising.&nbsp;</li> <li>Plan and optimize campaigns for user acquisition and retention while managing budgets to hit key ROI and ROAS targets.&nbsp;</li> <li>Implement end-to-end campaign management: from concept and audience targeting to creatives and performance optimization.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Data-Driven Optimization&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve engagement, conversions, and lifetime value (LTV).&nbsp;</li> <li>Leverage A/B testing frameworks to fine-tune ad creatives, copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.&nbsp;</li> <li>Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) to generate insights and actionable recommendations for campaigns.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaboration and Operations&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with creative teams to brief and develop high-impact ad creatives that align with brand and performance goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with the Head of Paid Media to plan the quarterly budget allocation and track performance against targets.&nbsp;</li> <li>Liaise with growth, CRM, and product teams to ensure alignment on user experience and messaging consistency across touchpoints.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Market Insights &amp; Innovation&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging advertising platforms, and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Benchmark campaigns against competitors and industry performance standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experiment with innovative ad formats and channels (e.g., CTV, native ads) to stay competitive in the dynamic app-based marketplace.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills, Knowledge &amp; abilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of Paid media channels including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping &amp; Youtube), META and TikTok</li> <li>DV360 and SA360 experience (Beneficial)</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of data analytics tools including Google Analytics and MMPs such as Adjust or Appsflyer</li> <li>Certifications: Google Ads &amp; Google Analytics (Required)</li> <li>Understanding of ASO and SEO (beneficial)</li> <li>Google Tag Manager experience(beneficial)</li> <li>Advanced analytic and reporting skills required</li> <li>Proficient in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting standards</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing or equivalent or Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science.</li> <li>Proven experience (3+ years) managing multi-channel paid media campaigns in an ecommerce or on-demand brand environment.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360).&nbsp;</li> <li>Solid analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of attribution models, customer lifetime value (CLV), and incremental lift measurement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and estimating campaign costs effectively.&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous experience in apps focused on delivery services or food, groceries, and retail verticals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with customer segmentation and retargeting strategies tailored for marketplaces.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of SQL, Looker, or other data query tools is a plus.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exposure to affiliate/partner marketing and influencer collaborations.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Let’s talk about life @ Mr D</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The power is in your hands</strong>: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
