They will own a portfolio of smaller advertisers/sellers and be responsible for growing those accounts through structured engagement, with clear guidance and guardrails from senior team members. This role is a stepping stone into full Account Management, with exposure to campaign planning, reporting, client service and e-commerce commercial operations.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <p><strong>Client Support &amp; Portfolio Management&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid-tier advertisers/sellers on the Mr D platform.</li> <li>Support AMs and KAMs with administrative and executional tasks across their client&nbsp;portfolios.</li> <li>Conduct regular check-ins with assigned clients to ensure campaign execution aligns with&nbsp;expectations.</li> <li>Gather client objectives, briefs and assets accurately, ensuring timely delivery to internal&nbsp;teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Campaign Administration &amp; Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with the creation of campaign cost estimates (CEs), booking forms and invoicing packs.</li> <li>Ensure campaign bookings are loaded accurately into systems and aligned with internal&nbsp;calendars.</li> <li>Coordinate asset collection from clients for design and campaign management teams.</li> <li>Support in compiling performance reports and packaging insights for client delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Support &amp; Commercial Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify upsell opportunities within your smaller portfolio based on performance metrics and&nbsp;product availability.</li> <li>Maintain CRM hygiene, updating client interactions, pipeline data and account progress.</li> <li>Support the team with rate card updates, product education and process improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data &amp; Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pull data extracts and basic dashboards for internal and external reporting.</li> <li>Support the development of campaign post-analysis reports (under guidance).</li> <li>Conduct basic research into client categories, competitors and market trends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Liaise with creative, analytics, finance, merchandisers and campaign operations teams to&nbsp;ensure smooth execution.</li> <li>Escalate blockers quickly and follow through until resolution.</li> <li>Champion process consistency and high-quality delivery across Retail Media operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (CPM, CPA, display, sponsored products,&nbsp;targeting, etc.) - or willingness to learn quickly.</li> <li>Comfortable with numbers, data and reporting.</li> <li>Proactive, eager to learn and open to feedback.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</li> <li>Strong follow-through and ownership of tasks.</li> <li>Curious mindset - asks questions, challenges assumptions and seeks better ways of working.</li> <li>High integrity, strong work ethic, and a willingness to “roll up sleeves”.</li> <li>Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media,&nbsp;advertising, sales support, campaign operations or&nbsp;similar.<br></li> <li>Strong interest in e-commerce and digital advertising.</li> <li>Diploma or National Certificate in (Marketing, Media,&nbsp;Commerce or Communications preferred).</li> <li>Relevant experience in advertising and media sales within FMCG/Shops.<br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Let’s talk about life @ Mr D</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The power is in your hands</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
