Think again!</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Scale</strong>: Show the millions of Mr D customers what you can do&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Learn</strong>: We work with the best of the best, and then some.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Grow</strong>: Expand your career in the fast-growing Takealot Group: Mr D, Takealot.com and TFS We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between internal &amp; external stakeholders, clients and the Mr D Advertising team.</li> <li>Create advertising proposals to drive strategic objectives</li> <li>Generate campaign cost estimates (CEs) and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring&nbsp;accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.</li> <li>Generate regular performance reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionable&nbsp;insights to clients for informed decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborate with various creative, analytics, and campaign management teams to&nbsp;ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.</li> <li>Provide actionable, insightful reporting to Advertisers with suggestions for future&nbsp;campaigns</li> <li>Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve the experience of the advertiser.</li> <li>Developing and managing long term partnerships with&nbsp;key FMCG/Shops brands and act as their primary&nbsp;point of contact for Advertising.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enthusiasm for being a part of an entrepreneurial, start-up environment</li> <li>Ability to work independently to achieve sales targets</li> <li>Ability to identify key advertising sales opportunities and translate these into&nbsp;implementable solutions and action plans</li> <li>Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, with the ability to understand&nbsp;client goals and communicate effectively.</li> <li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey&nbsp;complex information clearly and build rapport with clients and internal teams.</li> <li>Proven track record of collaborating across different departments or teams to ensure&nbsp;seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.</li> <li>Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital&nbsp;marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Google Workspace</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the Retail Industry.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Media</li> <li>Minimum 5 years Advertising Account Management experience or 3 years Digital Account Management experience.</li> <li>If the Degree/Advanced Diploma qualification requirement isn’t met, 6+ years’ experience in a digital/advertising account management role in digital marketing, advertising or similar environment with Matric/Diploma.</li> <li>Experience in advertising and media sales within FMCG/Shops.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the Digital Advertising &amp; e-commerce landscape.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Let’s talk about life @ Mr D</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The power is in your hands</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
