About the role
Overview
MRI Technologists at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) thrive in a fast-paced, highly specialized environment, performing a diverse range of advanced imaging exams. From Breast and Cardiac Imaging to Functional Brain Imaging, Multi-Parametric Prostate Imaging, and a variety of MRA studies, our team is at the forefront of cutting-edge MRI technology.
We currently have full-time opportunities available on day and evening shifts. More details about shift particulars will be discussed during the interview.
Whether you’re a new Radiologic Technologist ready to specialize in MRI or an experienced technologist looking to take your skills to the next level, we welcome you to join our team and grow with us.
What makes this opportunity stand out? Our MRI department is a close-knit, energetic team that genuinely enjoys working together to create a safe, supportive, and patient-focused environment. You’ll be part of a group committed to delivering exceptional image quality while ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for at every step.
We are entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation as our imaging department expands into a new inpatient pavilion, designed to enhance patient access, improve workflow efficiency, and foster multidisciplinary collaboration. In addition, we are collaborating with the existing AIC/CSI (Advanced Imaging Center/Center for Surgical Innovation), which includes a dedicated research MRI and an intraoperative MRI to provide high-quality, innovative care.
At DHMC, you’ll gain exposure to advanced imaging typically found in large academic medical centers—while working in a unique rural setting that offers both professional growth and meaningful impact. New team members benefit from hands-on training across two leading MRI platforms, building valuable, in-demand expertise.
For our full-time positions (30+ hours), we are offering a $20,000 sign-on/retention bonus. The bonus is available only to external hires, and certain conditions apply.
