MS Dynamics ERP System Supervisor

Optimiza is looking for a dedicated MS Dynamics ERP System Supervisor to oversee the management and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, combined with strong supervisory skills to manage the ERP team and ensure seamless system performance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and administration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of Dynamics ERP modules according to business needs.
• Manage and mentor the ERP support team, coordinating troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and security, and implement best practices to maintain system integrity.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, including system administration and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics ERP modules, customization, integrations, and upgrades.
• Proven experience managing and leading ERP support teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly desirable.
