Multi-Family Construction Services Assistant

In this role, you’ll:

• Follow up with superintendents & trade partners to ensure jobs are kept on schedule
• Review and publish bids

• Issue purchase orders
• Create and publish job schedules

• Onboard new trade partners

• Answer phone calls or emails from trade partners and superintendents

• Support construction with administrative and operational duties
• Complete permit applications for all cities
• Check requests and permit status tracking
• Building plan Check In

This is a full-time position based out of CBH Rentals’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. We offer competitive benefits after an interim period, (and have one of the best holiday parties in town!)
