About the role
<p>First National Bank <em>of</em> <em>America</em> is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our call center team as <strong>Customer Service Representatives</strong>. If you enjoy helping people and communicating with others, we’d love to hear from you—no prior experience required! We provide the training you need to succeed.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering excellent service to our customers. Every day brings something new, and you’ll have the chance to build valuable skills in a fast-paced, positive environment.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Answer incoming calls and messages, helping customers with their questions</li>
<li>Resolve customer requests in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Make outbound calls to follow up and provide exceptional service</li>
<li>Create and maintain accurate customer records</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills (phone and written)</li>
<li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, internet)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Fluency in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish (preferred, not required)</li>
</ul>
