Multipurpose Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for 2 reliable Multipurpose Associates with a passion for customer satisfaction, who will focus on picking and packing grocery items for orders. You will also be delivering orders while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules and working as part of a team to ensure orders are picked, packed and safely delivered to the correct client. 

Note that the candidate must drive his/her own car for this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Amazing communication and time management skills.
• Able to use an App.
• Clean Police and driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and pack products and groceries based on daily orders.
• Attention to detail to ensure that orders include all items and are in good quality when shopping/packing.
• Loading, transporting and delivering orders to clients in a safe and timely manner.

Physical Requirements:

• Routinely carry items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Walking/Standing for extended periods up to 40mins.
• Ascend/Descend stairs in order to perform tasks associated with the role.
• Stooping, kneeling and bending in order to carry out your duties.

Working Conditions:

Schedules vary and include weekends, public holidays and overtime as needed. 

• Regular 45-hour work week. 
• Flexible hours including split shifts, based on operations with shifts between 8am - 10pm Monday-Sunday.

Compensation:

KYD $8.75/hour plus 100% of all tips received. Health and Pension as per labour laws.
