<p data-start="37" data-end="688" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">• Attend and resolve day-to-day maintenance service requests<br data-start="97" data-end="100">• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the property<br data-start="169" data-end="172">• Inspect and maintain public area fixtures, fittings, and equipment<br data-start="240" data-end="243">• Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and polishing works as required<br data-start="333" data-end="336">• Assist the shift in-charge with scheduled maintenance activities<br data-start="402" data-end="405">• Ensure all work is completed safely and as per operational standards<br data-start="475" data-end="478">• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition<br data-start="539" data-end="542">• Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational issues<br data-start="597" data-end="600">• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Shift In-charge</p>
