Following recent strategic acquisitions, the top-tier bank has significantly expanded its international footprint. Now executing an "AI-first" strategy, the organization has launched a dedicated institute for applied AI and quantum computing to drive productivity and deliver hyper-personalized digital experiences for millions of global customers.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Act as the liaison between front-office users, traders, quants, and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements</li> <li>Collaborate on the implementation, configuration, and upgrade of Murex modules with a focus on trading workflows</li> <li>Leverage knowledge of financial derivatives to support pricing, market data management, and complex product structures within Murex</li> <li>Create and execute test cases, validate results, and document outcomes</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues, identify defects, and partner with development teams to design and implement solutions</li> <li>Provide on-demand support to trading desks and ensure optimal performance of front-office systems</li> <li>Evaluate existing workflows and configurations to improve business processes and system efficiency</li> <li>Support Murex enhancements and platform optimization initiatives</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in financial markets or IT business analysis within a trading or front-office environment</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the Murex platform, specifically within front office or trading modules</li> <li>Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, market data feeds, and financial instruments including FX derivatives, interest rate swaps, and fixed income products</li> <li>Experience creating test cases, validating configurations, and documenting issue resolutions</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technology teams</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Murex modules such as Mx.3 Front Office (MxG2000, MxMLExchange), Market Data, Simulation, or Workflow modules</li> <li>Familiarity with SQL, XML, or scripting languages for troubleshooting and data analysis</li> <li>Experience supporting full-cycle Murex implementation or upgrade projects</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>Previous experience within Capital Markets and trading environments</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Advanced English Proficiency</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
