Our independent girls' school is committed to providing an excellent education for talented young women. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music teacher to join our dynamic Music department.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Music lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to foster a love of music, develop students' musical skills, and prepare them for success in music examinations and performances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Music lessons.
- Develop students' musical skills, including singing, playing instruments, and music theory.
- Prepare students for success in music examinations and performances.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and creative learning environment.
- Conduct and accompany music ensembles.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music or a related subject.
- Strong musical ability and a passion for music education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
