About the role
Als slaapwacht begint je dienst om 21:30 u met een warme overdracht van je collega’s. Daarna ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en bewaak je het dag- en nachtritme. Je zorgt voor een veilige en rustige leefomgeving waarin mensen zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Je wordt alleen gewekt door de wakende wacht wanneer dat écht nodig is.
