About the role
Als slaapwacht ben jij ’s nachts aanwezig op een woonlocatie waar mensen met een zorgvraag verblijven. Je dienst begint met een warme overdracht van je collega’s, waarna je aanspreekpunt bent voor bewoners en zorgt voor een rustige, veilige sfeer. Je bewaakt het dag- en nachtritme, grijpt in bij onrust of calamiteiten en denkt in oplossingen als er iets speelt. Daarbij kun je altijd terugvallen op de bereikbaarheidsdienst voor overleg of ondersteuning. Tijdens de nacht slaap je in een aparte kam…
