Our&nbsp;team is passionate about developing cutting-edge products, and we offer exciting opportunities&nbsp;for career growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p></div><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p> <p>The National Account Sales Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of our national sales team,&nbsp;driving performance and execution across key accounts. This role is responsible for managing&nbsp;relationships with major retail partners, ensuring sales goals are met, programs are executed&nbsp;effectively, data is reported accurately, and our brand presence is maximized across all national&nbsp;channels.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue,&nbsp;door count, and merchandising objectives.</li> <li>Account Management: Oversee relationships with key national and strategic accounts,&nbsp;ensuring alignment with corporate sales strategies and customer needs.</li> <li>Sales Execution: Develop and monitor sales plans, programs, and promotions to drive sell-&nbsp;through and market share growth.</li> <li>Sales Operations: Coordinate daily sales activities, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and&nbsp;performance tracking across all national territories and accounts.</li> <li>Performance Management: Establish KPIs, track sales metrics, and provide regular reporting&nbsp;and insights to the VP of Sales.</li> <li>CRM Utilization: Ensure use while leveraging HubSpot &amp;amp; NetSuite to manage pipelines,&nbsp;forecast sales, and ensure data accuracy across the national sales team.</li> <li>Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure successful program execution and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Market Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and new&nbsp;channels, driving expansion and profitability for all brands.</li> <li>Training &amp; Development: Support ongoing development of the sales team through coaching,</li> <li>performance reviews, and training initiatives.</li> <li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li> <li>5+ years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years managing key or national&nbsp;accounts.</li> <li>Proven track record of driving growth in retail, distribution, or consumer product sales&nbsp;channels.</li> <li>Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading remote teams.</li> <li>Willing to travel as needed: Billings HQ, line reviews, trade shows, and new account&nbsp;prospecting.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM systems that include HubSpot, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.</li> <li>Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales, profitability, and new account goals.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in building and leading a high-performing, motivated sales team.</li> <li>Experience fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.</li> <li>Track record of strengthening partnerships with key national accounts through proactive engagement and strategic planning</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits Package:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Our benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage to ensure your well-being.
