<p><strong>Role Summary and Impact</strong></p>
<p>The National Broadcast Buying Senior Associate drives the tactical development, negotiation, and execution of national ATL (TV, Radio, OOH) media campaigns. By transforming client briefs into highly optimized, data-driven media flows using tools like Ibope, Tom Micro, and Figaro, this role directly maximizes client investment efficiency, delivers top campaign performance (reach, frequency, and daypart mix), and ensures flawless operational delivery—safeguarding budgets and maximizing ROI.</p>
<p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education & Agency Experience:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, or related fields, with 2+ years of proven experience in planning and buying departments within media agencies.</li>
<li><strong>ATL & Digital Media Expertise:</strong> Strong expertise in tactical media planning and buying for ATL channels (TV, Radio, OOH) with a clear understanding of digital campaign integration to deliver client KPIs.</li>
<li><strong>Advanced Tool Mastery:</strong> High proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> and core industry planning/buying systems such as <strong>Fígaro, Tom Micro, and Ibope</strong> to manage budgets and media flows.</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Negotiation & Language:</strong> Sharp quantitative skills to optimize campaign metrics (reach, frequency, dayparts), strong negotiation abilities with media vendors, and intermediate/advanced English.</li>
