<div class="content-intro"><p><a href="https://www.relianthp.com/" target="_blank">Reliant Health Partners </a>is an innovative medical claims repricing service provider, helping employers achieve maximum health plan savings with minimum noise. We tailor our services to each client’s needs, providing everything from individual specialty claims repricing, to full plan replacement as a high-performance, open-access network alternative. </p></div><p>The National Director of Health Plan Growth is a strategic, high-impact sales role responsible for driving net-new business across national and regional health plans. This individual will lead enterprise sales efforts, building relationships with executive stakeholders and positioning Reliant’s cost-containment and payment optimization solutions. This role plays a critical part in expanding Reliant’s market presence and supporting Point C’s mission to deliver innovative, high-value healthcare solutions.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and execute the full enterprise sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract close</li>
<li>Drive net-new logo acquisition within targeted national and regional health plan accounts</li>
<li>Develop and execute strategic account plans within complex payer organizations</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across target accounts</li>
<li>Navigate multi-year agreements, pilot programs, and phased enterprise implementations</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver tailored solutions</li>
<li>Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within CRM (e.g., Salesforce)</li>
<li>Represent Reliant Health Partners at industry conferences, executive meetings, and strategic events</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience selling vendor solutions <em>into</em> health plans or payers — experience must be as an outside vendor, not from inside a health plan or on behalf of a provider organization</li>
<li>Background in cost containment, payment integrity, claims analytics, or similar healthcare solutions strongly preferred</li>
<li>This is a hunter role — proven track record of net-new logo acquisition required</li>
<li>Track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles involving C-suite and VP-level health plan buyers (CMO, CFO, COO, VP Medical Management)</li>
<li>Strong executive presence and ability to translate complex solutions into measurable outcomes for payer buyers</li>
<li>Self-directed and comfortable building pipeline from scratch in a growth-stage environment</li>
</ul>
<p> OTE: $225K-$275K + uncapped commission.</p>

Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases.
