<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>National Director of Sales &amp; Business Development – Pharmaceutical Finished Dosage (OTC &amp; Rx)</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;">Remote | Travel Required</p> <p>Garonit Pharmaceutical is seeking a high-performing National Director of Sales &amp; Business Development to drive growth across our expanding finished dosage portfolio (OTC &amp; Rx).</p> <p>This is a key commercial leadership role focused on building new business, expanding strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth across healthcare systems, distributors, retail chains, and contract manufacturing/private label partners.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive revenue growth across OTC and Rx finished dosage products<br>• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across:<br> – National &amp; regional retail chains (including private label)<br> – Healthcare systems / hospitals<br> – Pharmaceutical distributors<br> – CMO/CDMO partnerships<br>• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution<br>• Build and expand key accounts and long-term partnerships<br>• Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements<br>• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing dynamics<br>• Provide strategic insights on customer needs, market access, and new product opportunities<br>• Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches<br>• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM (Salesforce)</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)</li> <li>5–10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience<br>• Experience with finished dosage products (tablets, liquids, topicals, etc.)<br>• Exposure to both OTC and Rx markets preferred<br>• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets<br>• Experience selling into retail, distributors, healthcare systems, or CMO/CDMO partners<br>• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles<br>• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<br>• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Garonit?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Rapidly growing pharmaceutical company with expanding finished dosage capabilities<br>• Opportunity to play a key role in shaping commercial strategy and growth<br>• Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus/commission<br>• High visibility with leadership and strong advancement potential</li> </ul>
