Infinity Replacement is our dedicated window and door replacement business, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

 

The Director of Sales provides enterprise-level leadership for our national field sales organization, setting strategy and driving execution to accelerate revenue growth across all Infinity Replacement markets. This role owns the full sales performance engine—from sales model design and compensation strategy to training, KPIs, coaching, tools, messaging, and consultative selling methodology.

This leader will serve as a key change agent, stepping into a scaling organization to assess performance, identify opportunities, and build the systems, processes, and culture required to elevate the business to the next level.

Highlights of your role

  • Own and drive revenue and profitability across all Infinity Replacement markets, increasing market share, close rates, and average ticket value.
  • Define and execute sales strategies that deliver on revenue, expense, and customer experience targets through disciplined, data-driven operations.
  • Lead full Sales P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management to ensure profitable growth.
  • Evaluate and optimize field sales structure across 19+ markets to improve scalability, accountability, and performance.
  • Build and reinforce a high-performance, KPI-driven sales culture rooted in Marvin’s values and a customer-first consultative approach.
  • Lead enterprise-wide adoption and continuous improvement of the in-home sales methodology.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent in a commission-driven, high-performance environment.
  • Partner with Operations to enhance onboarding, training, and coaching programs that accelerate productivity.
  • Expand self-generated lead programs, referrals, and canvassing efforts to reduce reliance on purchased leads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Lead Generation, Operations, Installation, and Product teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Design and optimize compensation plans, incentives, and recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.
  • Leverage CRM data, analytics, and AI tools to improve forecasting accuracy and conversion throughout the sales funnel

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Demonstrated ability to scale and transform sales organizations, including structure, processes, and compensation models.
  • Strong experience owning a P&L and delivering profitable growth in a $200M+ business.
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, margin optimization, and direct-to-consumer sales models.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Track record of building high-performance teams and retaining top talent.

We also want to make sure you have

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in large direct-to-consumer field sales organizations (home services or in-home sales preferred).
  • Proven success leading 100+ commission-based sales representatives across multiple markets.
  • Deep expertise in in-home consultative selling, including one-call close environments and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, performance-driven environment with a premium brand.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
