Compensation: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

The Role
We are seeking a Senior National Sales Associate to drive our B2B sales growth with national retailers and beauty specialty stores. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional with strong account management experience and a passion for the beauty industry. You will manage key accounts, lead negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for national retail partners; proactively address needs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue across existing accounts and identify new business opportunities; lead negotiations on pricing and terms.
  • Order & Inventory Oversight: Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure order fulfillment accuracy, timely delivery, and retail compliance.
  • Marketing & Execution: Partner with internal teams and retailers on promotional events, product launches, and brand visibility strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to provide data-driven feedback to leadership.
  • Industry Representation: Represent StyleKorean at trade shows, retailer meetings, and key industry events.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in B2B sales or account management (Beauty, Skincare, or CPG experience preferred).
  • Track Record: Proven experience working with national retail accounts and leading negotiations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate direct communication with our Global HQ in Korea.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with order management systems, retail compliance, or inventory processes.
