The value add is to enable agencies to manage their work end to end within our innovate platform. &nbsp;</p> <p>This is a greenfield program of work to replace their existing workflow system with bespoke .Net development using a microservice architecture in Azure and Kubernetes.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p>This role will report into the Head of Engineering. &nbsp;</p> <p>Write a clean well thought out design and code with an emphasis on quality, simplicity and maintainability.&nbsp;</p> <p>Consider customer’s perspective and experiences when designing systems.&nbsp;</p> <p>Contribute to design reviews, code reviews and test case reviews.&nbsp;</p> <p>Understand and adapt to new technologies, tools, methods, and processes from Microsoft and the industry.&nbsp;</p> <p>Technology evaluation and recommendation for application architectural problems.&nbsp;</p> <p>Influence the team for right design and technology implementation &amp; give future architectural direction.&nbsp;</p> <p>Communicate effectively and partner well with other disciplines of the project team to deliver high-quality solutions, documentation and support to customers.&nbsp;</p> <p>Engage in shift left and Agile practices.&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p>In depth knowledge of design patterns and pattern of enterprise application architecture&nbsp;</p> <p>In depth knowledge of SOLID principles&nbsp;</p> <p>5 to 8 years of Design/Development/Testing experience using large/complex application using various Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server).&nbsp;</p> <p>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platform and services.&nbsp;</p> <p>Proven track record of software design from Test Driven Development&nbsp;</p> <p>Knowledge of at least one other OO language (e.g. C++, Java) and HTML5/CSS3 &nbsp;</p> <p>Proven track record of Agile delivery&nbsp;</p> <p>Strong attention to detail&nbsp;</p> <p>Excellent written and oral communication skills&nbsp;</p> <p>Excellent troubleshooting skills &nbsp;</p> <p>Able to work well in a team setting&nbsp;</p> <p>Ability to evaluate architectural options (complexity, performance, high-availability, scalability, durability) and make right recommendation for implementation.&nbsp;</p> <p>Passion to constantly explore the latest technology related to our products and platforms.&nbsp;</p> <p>Ability to engage with potential leads and customers for demonstrations and troubleshooting any technical challenges in the product.&nbsp;</p> <p>Good understanding of enterprise scale technologies and developing large scale services.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>You're open<em>:</em> </strong>We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
