You will lead the functional execution of global rollouts and provide expert-level support. We are looking for a "power user" who leverages modern AI tools to accelerate system configuration, documentation, and business intelligence.</span></div> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Global ERP Rollouts:</strong> Lead the functional setup of NetSuite OneWorld for new subsidiaries, including Tax Nexuses, Multi-currency, and localized Chart of Accounts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>System Architecture &amp; Migration:</strong> Map and execute data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) to NetSuite with 100% data integrity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Expert Support (Level 3):</strong> Serve as the final escalation point for complex functional issues, bypassing the need for external consultants for most tasks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Automation &amp; Workflows:</strong> Design and build advanced <strong>SuiteFlows</strong> and Saved Searches to eliminate manual bottlenecks in Finance and Operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>AI Integration:</strong> Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate the creation of functional requirements, automate system documentation, and perform advanced data analysis.</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></div> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>NetSuite Expertise:</strong> 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with at least <strong>3 full-lifecycle global rollouts.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Technical Literacy:</strong> Expert-level knowledge of OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Fixed Assets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>AI Proficiency:</strong> <strong>Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize ERP workflows, write documentation, or analyze large datasets.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Independence:</strong> Proven ability to manage complex functional tasks without the oversight of a dedicated Project Manager.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Language:</strong> Professional-level English for direct reporting to the Corporate Director.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Please submit your CV in English.</em></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>#LI-Hybrid</strong></span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Life at Teads</strong></p> <p>At Teads, we don’t just offer new roles - we blend creativity, technology, and data to shape the future of media.
