As an intern, you will support this effort through data, reporting, and project coordination, contributing to a network that grows in a structured, scalable, and effective way. What you’ll do <ul> <li>Support the Network Development team in building and scaling Lucid’s partner network across European markets</li> <li>Maintain and update structured datasets related to network coverage, demand, locations, and partner inputs</li> <li>Support recurring reporting and status updates used for market rollout and decision‑making</li> <li>Assist with partner onboarding activities by tracking inputs, updates, and documentation relevant to network planning</li> <li>Support ongoing projects by organizing inputs, maintaining project documentation, monitoring timelines, and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders</li> <li>Help prepare materials and presentations used for internal alignment</li> </ul> What we’re looking for <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HBO/WO), preferably in (International) Business Administration, International Business, Business Analytics/Data or a related field</li> <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail</li> <li>Comfortable working with structured data and performing recurring refinement tasks</li> <li>Ability to bring clarity and structure to incomplete or messy inputs</li> <li>Reliable and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication skills in English</li> <li>Comfortable with Excel; confident creating structured trackers and summaries (PowerPoint is a plus)</li> </ul> Nice to have <ul> <li>Experience with basic reporting tools and/or dashboards</li> <li>Exposure to data visualization or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI)</li> </ul> What you’ll gain <ul> <li>Hands‑on experience supporting real partner onboarding and market rollout activities</li> <li>Exposure to how a premium automotive brand scales its sales and service network across Europe</li> <li>Practical experience working with operational data, reporting, and project coordination</li> <li>The opportunity to take on increasing ownership as you build familiarity with the network and processes</li> <li>Insight into how strategy is translated into execution in a fast‑growing, innovative organization</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div> Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
